System Engineer – Level 3

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced System Engineer (Level 3). The System Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing data engineering solutions. The System Engineer will document new and existing data flows and support data routing implementations.

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience with Java development.
• Possess a working knowledge of smart data systems.
• Familiar with DBA development.
• Knowledge of structured data types (XML, CSV, JSON).
• Familiar with Agile development models.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplinefrom an accredited college or university, plus twenty (20) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

OR

• Twenty-five (25) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
