Target Analyst Reporter – Level 2

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for a Target Analyst Reporter (Level 2) to prioritize, assess, and evaluate data from active and passive collection and network analysis to determine reportability. The candidate will be experienced in baseline reporting standards, as well as executing standard target queries and evaluations. The analyst will collaborate with senior team members when navigating highly complex query structures.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Familiar with basic SIGNIT reporting policies
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience as a Target Analyst supporting IC or in USG military. At least two (2) of the years of experience must have been within the last five (5) years.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience within IC drafting and/or editing for release finished SIGINT reports
• Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic
• Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic approaches
• Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting  communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate SIGINT information with basic SIGINT reporting policies
• Experienced using software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and repositories, the candidate demonstrates the ability to incorporate independent research to enhance reporting products.

• Eight (8) years of experience as a Target Analyst Reporter in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
