SIGDEV Analyst – Level 3

DESCRIPTION: 

The Integrated Discovery Analyst (IDA) drives mission success by optimizing current data and voice communication accesses while aggressively supporting the development of new access capabilities. Acting as the central entry point and subject matter expert, the IDA bridges the gap between technical operations and analysis by educating team members on new capabilities, troubleshooting complex dataflow and content quality issues, and collaborating with leadership to assess and refine collection postures. In this role, you will continuously monitor program-wide accesses, manage collection tasking, and partner across organizations to maximize midpoint collection efficiency within the mission space.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experienced with DNR, DNI, and advanced IP technologies
• Strong communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of ten (10) years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGNIT development analytic support.
• Within the last ten (10) years, at least five (5) years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
