System Engineer – Level 4

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced System Engineer (Level 4) to focus on maintaining system integrity, performance, and security for critical client/server environments.

*Hands-on support for any HW issues in Texas.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

• Experience with Linux environments.
• Significant Cisco and Arista configuration and sustainment experience.
• Experience with Virtualization (VMWare, RH KVM, Proxmox).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline and ten (10) years of relevant professional experience providing system engineering support on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.  

OR

• Fourteen (14) years of relevant professional experience providing system engineering support on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
