Data Scientist – Level 3

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced Data Scientist (Level 3). The Data Scientist shall possess a significant Machine Learning Operations (MLOPS) and Data Scientist background.

*Telework opportunity up to 16 hours per week.

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong experience working in a Linux environment
• Expertise with algorithm design
• Expertise with model training
• Expertise interpreting data
• In-scope poly within 7 years

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PHD degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus six (6) years of experience as a data scientist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

OR

• Masters degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus eight (8) years of experience as a data scientist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

OR

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus ten (10) years of experience as a data scientist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
