SIGDEV Analyst – Level 1

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced SIGDEV Analyst (Level 1).  The analyst will support a dynamic 24×7 operations where duties include signals development analysis, training, documentation. The analyst will support and maintain customer accesses and ensure front-end systems perform optimally to collect process and transmit vital information.

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Linux operating systems to include command-line.
• Knowledge of front-end collection systems to include survey systems.
• Experience with dataflow collection.
• Configuration and experience troubleshooting systems.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols.
• Ability to follow and update Standard Operating Procedures and other project-specific documentation.
• Completion of the Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451) is desired.
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi is desired.
• Scripting capability (Bash, Shell, Python) is desired.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience and knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support. In addition, three (3) years specific experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
