Site Reliability Engineer – Level 3

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (Level 3). The candidate shall migrate corporate hardware systems to the WANDS/AWS environment. The candidate should be experienced with AWS technologies including configuring and deploying instances, VPCs, Networks, Security, IAM and automation. Additionally, the candidate will assist the team with automating operational tasks and designing resilient systems, as well as implementation monitoring and logging.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Linux and Java.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Understanding of AWS Well Architected Frameworks.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus fourteen (14) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

OR

• Eighteen (18) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
