Site Reliability Engineer – Level 3

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (Level 3).  The Site Reliability Engineer will help migrate corporate hardware systems to the WANDS/AWS environment. The Site Reliability Engineer will assist the team with automating operational tasks, designing resilient systems, implementing, monitoring and logging.

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with AWS technologies.
• Knowledge of AWS Well Architected Frameworks.
• Experience configuring and deploying networks, virtual private clouds (VPCs).
• Familiar with Terraform.
• Familiar with Ansible.

QUALIFICATIONS:

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus twelve (12) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

OR

• Fourteen (14) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
