System Administrator – Level 2

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced System Administrator (SA) Level 2. The SA2 will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The SA2 will provide Tier 1 (help desk) support and Tier 2 (escalation) assistance in identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Linux and AWS/Cloud.
• Experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Knowledge of MongoDB.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and ten (10) years of experience as a system administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. 

OR

• Fifteen (15) years of professional experience as a system administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
