System Engineer – Level 3

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced System Engineer (Level 3). The System Engineer will architect, deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also providing Tier 3 systems support and existing on-premise server infrastructure.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Windows Server 2022
• Windows 10/11
• Various Linux distributions within both cloud and on-premise
• AWS cloud resources including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, AMIs, Route 53, workspaces, and other core services

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline and Twenty (20) years experience in system engineering programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity with demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• IAT II Certificate

OR

• Twenty (25) years experience in system engineering programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity with demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• IAT II Certificate

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
