System Engineer – Level 3

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced System Engineer (Level 3). The System Engineer will analyze system requirements, schedule the work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and lead design and development activities incorporating new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Working knowledge of data collection and processing via analysis or data flow engineering.
• Ability to stand-up new data flows.
• Familiar with creation of roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience as a system engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience as a system engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

OR

• Ten (10) yearsof systems engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
