Telecommunication Technical Analyst – Level 3

DESCRIPTION:

Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced Telecommunication Technical Analyst (Level 3).  The analyst will manage and optimize mission-critical collection operations, ensuring customer collection systems are precisely configured and resources are utilized efficiently. This role serves as a key operational partner, providing technical support and deployment assistance during new system installations and upgrades, while maintaining an expert understanding of site capabilities and end-to-end data flows to resolve complex collection issues. Additionally, the candidate will drive collaborative customer discussions, respond to orchestration service requirements, and provide technical recommendations to help shape collection priorities. Strong documentation and analytical skills are required to maintain detailed daily operational logs and generate signal characteristics analysis reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in configuring, tasking, and maintaining SIGINT systems and subsystems.
• Expertise in survey equipment setup, data normalization, and basic signal analysis.
• Adept at interpreting system health indicators, managing parameter controls, and optimizing data routing processes to ensure peak operational performance.
•  Seven (7) years of technical experience in advanced digital/optical telecommunications and network architecture.
• Strong background in packet-switched systems, telephony switching, and internet protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and test hardware or software systems that handle signal modulation, demodulation, and multiplexing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Twenty (20) years of experience and knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI w/polygraph.
